Video access can be restricted to specific groups or made public for all McGill students, faculty and staff. Stream allows faculty, staff and students to upload video content and manage their own groups on McGill's Office 365 platform. It currently hosts a number of public and private groups on topics ranging from workplace productivity to photography. McGill's Yammer site is accessible to all students, faculty and staff. Yammer is a private social network, similar to Facebook for organizations. It "learns" what's most relevant to you based on the documents you access over time and searches you perform. Office Delve helps you discover information available to you throughout your Office 365 applications - OneDrive for Business files, email and McGill organizational charts. Microsoft Teams is a comprehensive online collaboration platform that includes capabilities for managing multiple channels for group chats, web conferencing, online meetings, screen sharing and file sharing. All McGill students, faculty, and staff can use Teams.
